The room had a fantastic sea view and the beach was beautiful. The location was perfect, with amenities and nice beaches within walking distance. The room itself was spacious and the bed was huge and comfortable. The hotel also provided good drinks throughout. I would recommend this hotel for a beach vacation.

The live entertainment could be improved as it lacked a little excitement. overall, the hotel is an exceptional venue for first-class leisure that offers everything you could wish for, I truly recommend it.

Great location, beautiful beach and pools. Awesome ocean view rooms with spacious balconies. Breakfast buffet included and friendly staff. Highly recommended for a memorable Mexico experience.

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities and top-notch services. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was perfect for relaxing while enjoying the stunning beach views. the Spa & wellness centre was equipped with a steam room, full body massage, and beauty treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant served delicious dinner dishes while the bar/lounge area offered a great selection of drinks.
The only minor issue we encountered is that the heated swimming pool was not as warm as we expected. Nonetheless, this was quickly resolved by the staff, who were always helpful and courteous.

During my stay in the Altitude tower, I found the hotel to be excellent in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The rooms were spotless, and the maids did an exceptional job. The hotel also had great amenities, including a beautiful pool and a stunning beach right next to it. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the nightlife and local stores. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay.
